Guest Post: Comfort Zones

To get better at anything, we have to challenge ourselves.

What new challenges are you taking on?


  1. Running 6 halfs in 6 months. Doing it hard!

  2. Training for my 2nd marathon (it is kind of a secret, but not really)... Thanks again for a fantastic guest post! :)

  3. Great post Amy. Working with a coach for the past 4 months has really helped me get out of my comfort zone - hoping to push myself further next year!

  4. Those coaches...they make us do things we really don't want, don't they?

  5. My challenge right now is finishing my non-running week as planned to recover and feel stronger for my next half. The challenge is not beating myself up for non running.
